First licensed in the State of Washington in 1991 with S.M. Gordon Company of Seattle, gaining experience with retailers interested in the Canadian market. Instrumental in finding locations across Canada for Pacific Linen of Seattle.
In 1995, founded J R Enterprises Washington Inc., a retail tenant representation brokerage specializing in
representing retail chains in Washington in addition to introducing U.S. retailers to the Canadian market.
Provided demographics and detailed market information for specific U.S. retailers with competition maps and available locations. Negotiated
over 200,000 square feet of retail space in specific markets across Canada.
Returned to Canada, obtained B.C. brokers license and worked as a commercial broker before founding Gotham Realty Inc. in 2004, commercial brokerage specializing in office and retail tenant representation.
June has represented a number of U.S. and Canadian retail and food chains such as Taco Del Mar (first 23 B.C. locations), Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits
and TCBY, and is currently sourcing B.C. locations for True North Mortgage and Expedia Cruiseship Centers
