June Richardson began her real estate career becoming licensed in the State of Washington
where she founded J R Enterprises Washington Inc., a retail leasing agency specializing in
representing retail chains in Washington and bringing U.S. Retailers to Canada. June negotiated
over 150,000 square feet of retail space across the country before returning to Canada.
She then became licensed in B.C., working as a commercial broker for Westreal Realty in West Vancouver and then Prudential Sussex Realty in North Vancouver before founding Gotham Realty Inc. in 2004, a full service commercial real estate brokerage specializing in tenant representation.
Gotham Realty Inc. was mandated by a number of retail and food chains to search for site locations, most recently Taco Del Mar from Seattle for whom she helped to negotiate the first 20 locations in B.C.
